We’re very proud to have low return rates and we stand behind our hair as the best quality hair on the market We do, however, understand that things happen, and are happy to offer exchanges or store credit on eligible items within 7 business days of purchase.
To qualify for exchange or credit, items must be unused, unaltered and in original condition. There will be a 20% restocking fee applied to items returned with damaged or incomplete packaging, and shipping costs are non-refundable except in the event of a product defect.
Why can't I return my Pepper extensions?
Human hair is considered to be a hygienic product by law. Therefore, we do not accept returns of opened items for safety reasons.
For these reasons we do not offer exchanges, returns, or store credit on our wefted hair extensions that have been in ANY way altered or opened. This includes the hair net, any packaging, box, tags. We do not accept any display of normal wear and tear, damage caused by lifting or depositing color, damage caused by altering the extensions, or color change due to chemical exposure (chlorine, tanning lotion, sunscreen, etc.).
The same rule is applied for pillow cases. For hygenic reasons, If the product is tampered with, or used in any way we cannot vailidate an exchange or store credit.
Before shipping a product to be exchanged or credited, you MUST email email@example.com and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA should be clearly visible on the outside of your package. Store credit will be applied within 7 business days after our inspection of returned items has been completed.
